Clinton Cemetery Association Awards Scholarship
The Clinton Cemetery Association, CCA, is proud to announce that it recently presented the $2000 scholarship award to their 2016 recipient of the Doris Griffin Kelsey Memorial Scholarship, Micheal Baker. The award was presented at the start of Michael’s sophomore year by Richard Marcinek, the CCA President. Michael is a graduate of The Morgan School and is currently pursuing a degree in Economics at Boston University.
The scholarship was created by the Board of the Clinton Cemetery Association in memory of Doris Griffin Kelsey, a beloved member of the Clinton community and CCA who lived a life of service. She believed in the value of all members of the community and in the rewards that come from community involvement through serving others. It is certainly an honor to be able to recognize a Clinton youth and present this scholarship in her name.
