Madison Hoop Dreams High School Player Development and The School of Basketball
Madison Hoop Dreams (MHD) has added a new program this fall: MHD High School Player Development Program. The program is run by Coach Brett Zanardi, Assistant Coach at Connecticut College in New London.
From 7:30 to 9 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays during September and October, high school players can improve their skills, and be prepared for tryouts and the rigors of the season. It will feature a high school varsity level workout with footwork and finishing, stationary and movement, ball handling, attacking the basket, scoring moves, and shooting drills. They will have competitive games the last 20 to 30 minutes each night. Madison Hoop Dreams will draw players from over 15 area towns, and additional coaches will be added based on enrollment.

Players in grades two to eight can register for the School of Basketball Program, which runs from 6 to 7:15 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in September and October.
