Morgan-Old Saybrook-Westbrook football hosted Valley Regional/Old Lyme in its season opener on Sept. 13 and took a 23-13 loss. Luke McComiskey caught two touchdowns and had an interception, and Trevor Powell passed for 178 yards and two touchdowns.

Boys’ Soccer

Old Saybrook boys’ soccer traveled to East Hampton on Sept. 9 and fell 1-0.

Three days later, the Rams hosted Hale Ray and won 7-0.

Girls’ Soccer

The Old Saybrook girls’ soccer team played host to East Hampton on Sept. 10 and won 2-1.

On Sept. 14, Old Saybrook hosted Windsor Locks and ended in a 0-0 tie.

Field Hockey

Old Saybrook field hockey played host to North Branford on Sept. 10 and fell 4-0.

On Sept. 12, the team traveled to Waterford and took a 2-0 loss.

The next day, the Rams traveled to Morgan and won 1-0.
