GYFC Announces Head Coaches for 2024
The Guilford Youth Football and Cheerleading (GYFC) board has announced the selection of head coaches for the upcoming 2024 season, a talented group of individuals that has stepped up to help lead the program. Each team will be supported by a group of volunteer assistant coaches committed to guiding players and teams to success on and off the field.
The 2024 GYFC Head Coaches include Brennan Lynch (eighth grade), Dan Tafro (seventh grade), Ken Alberti (sixth grade), Dan Vigliotti (fifth grade), Tom Madigan (fourth grade), Joe DeMayo (second and third grade flag football), George Norden (kindergarten and first grade Intro to Football), and Alisha Rayner (Cheer Coordinator).
The cheerleading program will determine specific head coach assignments based on signups and squad formation. Tina Messercola, Brita Rayner Romano, and Erica Janosko will be returning to coach, and Stephanie Colonese has been added to the coaching team. Alisha Rayner will continue to lead the cheer program as a coach and Cheer Coordinator.
