United Basketball Academy to Hold Summer Camp

The United Basketball Academy will be holding camps for boys and girls in grades five through eight in August. The camp is located in the gymnasium at Adams Middle School in Guilford (233 Church Street), and space is limited.

Session I is the boys’ camp from Monday, August 5 to Friday, August 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Session II, the girls’ camp, takes place from Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Campers should be dropped off 10 minutes before the start of each session and picked up within 15 minutes after camp ends. Early drop-off begins at 8:00 a.m., and extended pick-up ends at 3:00 p.m. The registration fee is $250 per camper, and extended camp hours are available for an additional fee of $100 per session.

Each camper will be placed on a team for the duration of the weekly session, and the athletes will be involved in competitions, games, skill, and leadership development activities. Several guest speakers will make appearances throughout the duration of the camp.
