Two swimmers from Valley Shore YMCA (VSYMCA) have earned spots at the prestigious Age Group Eastern Zone Championship, taking place at the Hampton Aquatic Center in Hampton, Virginia from Wednesday, August 7 to Saturday, August 10. Grace McDonald from Waterford and Vicky Van Berkel from Ivoryton will represent VSYMCA alongside other top swimmers from the East Coast.

In addition, Anna Orphanides from Groton and Lucca Giordano from Essex have secured places to compete in the Connecticut Long Course Senior Championship at Wesleyan University in Middletown from Thursday, July 11 to Sunday, July 14.
