In a season full of lots of championship hardware for the Hand gymnastics team, it also produced several All-Conference athletes. Those gymasts were Hadley Reiss, Kelly Kelly, Olivia Consiglio, Abigail Simpson, Ella Speerli, Dylan Friedman, Morgan Flickinger, and Brooke Anderson.
Boys’ Indoor Track
The Hand boys’ indoor track 1600 meter sprint medley relay team, comprised of Nathaniel Kraft, Liam Elliott, Aedan Virgulto, and Christopher Bonavita, earned a spot on the All-SCC First Team. Sean Arms earned a spot on the Second Team for pole vault. Kraft, Bonavita, Virgulto, and John Daniels competed in the 4x400 relay at the New Balance Nationals in Boston on March 10, finishing 37th out of 61 teams with a time of 3:26.98. Matthew Kasper also competed in the long jump at the Nike Nationals in New York.
Girls’ Indoor Track
The Hand girls’ indoor track 4x800 meter relay team, including Jordan Kells, Alice Agovino, Annecy Vlieks, and Margaret Lavin, landed a spot on the SCC All-Conference First Team.
Girls’ Basketball
Abbey Richard was named an All-SCC Conference Second Team athlete for Hand girls’ basketball this winter.
Boys’ Basketball
Elijah Avery-Turner had a dominant season for Tigers boys’ basketball, and he was named to the All-SCC First Team. Aidan Doyle and Kyle Hoffman earned Second Team honors.
Girls’ Ice Hockey
For the Hand girls’ ice hockey co-op team, Faith Minickene earned First Team All-Conference honors.
Boys’ Swimming and Diving
Matthew Gentil earned a spot on the All-SCC Conference Team for his efforts in the 100-yard breaststroke this winter.
