4th grade is the first year of travel basketball for girls in Guilford, and the team played its regular season in the Milford Knights Basketball League. The girls finished the regular season tied for fourth with two other teams, all with 7-2 records.

Guilford entered the 44th Annual Neil Hoelck Tournament as a nice way to end the season. The girls opened the tournament with a 20-2 win over New London, followed by a hard fought victory against East Lyme. The squad ended up earning the top seed, via a tiebreaker, and played New London again, beating them 17-2. Guilford faced the other undefeated team, Ledyard, in the finals, where the girls started the game down 0-4, before mounting a comeback to win 12-8.
