Branford football traveled to Daniel Hand on Oct. 27 and fell 40-0. Quarterback Nate Florio went 15/134 rushing yards, and he went 3 of 5 on passing for 23 yards.
Boys’ Soccer
The Branford boys’ soccer team traveled to North Haven on Oct. 23 and won 6-1. Two days later, Amity came to town and the Hornets claimed a 3-1 victory.
Girls’ Soccer
Girls’ soccer hit the road to Amity on Oct. 23, where they lost 1-0. On Oct. 25, Branford traveled to Wilbur Cross and notched a 7-0 win.
Field Hockey
The field hockey team hosted Sheehan on Oct. 23 and collected a 3-1 victory. The next day, the Hornets played host to North Branford and took a 3-2 overtime loss.
Girls’ Volleyball
Branford girls’ volleyball hosted Jonathan Law on Oct. 23 and won 3-0. On Oct. 27, the Hornets completed the regular season with a 3-0 win at home vs. Sheehan.
