Boys’ Soccer

North Branford boys’ soccer traveled to East Hampton on Oct. 10 and suffered a tough 10-1 loss. Two days later, the team hosted Haddam-Killingworth and lost 4-1. On Oct. 14, the Thunderbirds traveled to Coginchaug and played the Blue Devils to a 1-1 draw.

Girls’ Soccer

Girls’ soccer traveled to Harding on Oct. 10 and lost 2-1. On Oct. 13, the team hit the road to Haddam-Killingworth and took a 5-0 defeat.

Field Hockey

Thunderbirds field hockey traveled to Morgan on Oct. 10 and started the week with a 7-0 win. The next day, North Branford hosted Sacred Heart Academy and won 1-0. On Oct. 13, the team played host to Valley Regional and posted a 3-0 shutout.

Girls’ Volleyball

Girls’ volleyball traveled to Cromwell on Oct. 9, where they won 3-0. On Oct. 12, the team hit the road to Haddam-Killingworth and fell 3-0. On Oct. 14, North Branford ended the week at Branford and took a 3-1 loss in the contest.
