Baseball

Baseball picked up a pair of wins last week to open tournament play. The team hosted Old Saybrook on May 22, defeating their visitors 4-0. On May 23, they traveled to Old Lyme in a 3-2 victory. The Warriors are 16-6 for the season.

Softball

Softball picked up a loss in the Shoreline Conference quarterfinals, falling to North Branford 12-0 on May 22. The Warriors ended the season with a 7-13 record. Senior pitcher Anna Benson was named Second Team All-Shoreline and Riley Soares was an honorable mention.

Boys’ Lacrosse

Boys’ lacrosse ended the regular season with a win at home over St. Bernard/Wheeler. The team hosted the visitors on May 24 and recorded a 13-6 win. They finished the season with a 3-13 record.

Boys’ Golf

Valley boys’ golf competed in the Shoreline Conference Championship match on May 23, placing seventh as a team with a score of 358.
