East Haven Girls’ Tennis Falls in Regular Season Finale, All-Conference Players Named


Girls’ Tennis

Girls’ tennis suffered a setback last week, falling 6-1 at home to Shelton on May 22. Singles player Abby Brooks (7-5, 2-6, 6-2) recorded the only win in the effort. The Yellowjackets ended regular season play with a 9-12 record.

Baseball

The All-SCC teams were recently announced, and East Haven’s Ryan Vallie was named to the All-SCC First Team. Bill Barthel earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

Softball

After wrapping up the regular season, two East Haven softball players were named to the All-SCC First Team. These athletes were Gianna Fowler and Lexi Heaphy.
