The Madison boys’ 6th grade travel basketball Black Team recently won its second consecutive Fairfield County Basketball League (FCBL) playoff championships.
The FCBL is a competitive conference in which Madison went undefeated in the regular season, and then beat St. Mark’s (Stratford), Fairfield PAL, and Westport to capture the league crown.
The Madison boys’ 6th grade Black Team had 25 wins and four losses this season, and had an overall record of 53-10 against age-level competition for the past two seasons.
The team is coached by Ed O’Malley, Titus Agee, and Jim Maynard.
