Westbrook Boys’ Basketball Remains in Tough Stretch

The Westbrook boys’ basketball team took to their home court on Jan. 9, where they took a 50-31 loss to North Branford, the Knights’ fourth straight deficit. Brandon Naccarato scored 22 points, while Trevor Jones collected seven rebounds.

Westbrook then traveled to Wheeler on Jan. 11, taking a 59-46 loss. Standouts in this game were Brandon Naccarato and Vin Naccarato. Brandon had 29 points, while Vin had nine points and 13 rebounds.

The Knights remained on the road for a meeting with Haddam-Killingworth on Jan. 13. The Cougars came out on top by a score of 68-51. Brandon Naccarato had 36 points and four rebounds, while Vin Naccarato had ten points and four rebounds.
