Police Incident Report for Jan. 20 to 26
The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, Jan. 20
• A 26 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 8:50 p.m. and charged with failure to pay or plead a citation.
Thursday, Jan. 21
No arrests were made.
• A 38 year-old New Haven man was issued a citation at 10:21 a.m. for misuse of plate.
• A 34 year-old man of Holyoke, Massachusetts was issued a citation at 4:57 p.m. for improper passing/cutting in.
Friday, Jan. 22
No arrests were made.
• A 25 year-old East Haven woman was issued a citation at 6:55 a.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.
• A 34 year-old Guilford woman was issued a citation at 3:40 p.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.
Saturday, Jan. 23
No arrests were made.

No arrests were made.
• A 25 year-old man of Summer Lane was issued a citation at 1:39 p.m. for failure to grant of way at a private road.
Monday, Jan. 25
No arrests were made.
• A 29 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:18 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to renew registration, failure to carry an driver’s license, and failure to grant right of way at a private driveway.
Tuesday, Jan. 26
