Police Incident Report for Nov. 10 to Dec. 1
The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Tuesday, Nov. 10
• A 24 year-old homeless woman was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree and violation of a protective order.
• A 20 year-old man of Old Foxon Road was arrested at 2:30 p.m. and charged with two counts of burglary in the third degree, larceny in the sixth degree, and theft of a credit card.
• A 28 year-old Fairfield woman was arrested at 2:43 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.
• A 34 year-old man of Massachusetts Avenue was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
Wednesday, Nov. 11
• A 35 year-old Stratford man was arrested at 12:05 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 41 year-old man of Park Street was arrested at 5 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 59 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with three counts of failure to appear in the second degree. While in custody he was also charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a combined $27,500 surety bond.
Thursday, Nov. 12
• A 32 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 12:02 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, credit card theft, charging over $500 on a revoked credit card, and receipt of goods or services from illegal use of a credit card. While in custody she was also charged with two counts of failure to pay or plead a citation on an outstanding warrant.
Friday, Nov. 13
• A 39 year-old homeless man was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 54 year-old Bridgeport man was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree, and violation of probation. He was processed on a $35,000 surety bond.
Saturday, Nov. 14
• A 32 year-old man of Coe Avenue was arrested at 10:06 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
Sunday, Nov. 15
• A 44 year-old Branford man was arrested at 12:56 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to yield to on-coming traffic while making a left turn following a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of River Road and Foxon Road.
Monday, Nov. 16
• A 42 year-old man of Foxon Boulevard was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis or possession of a narcotic.
• A 39 year-old woman of Nicesca Drive was arrested at 1:16 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order.
• An 18 year-old man of Kenneth Street was arrested at 5:17 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 53 year-old man of Bennet Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:05 p.m. was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:05 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension for a prior DUI conviction. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

Wednesday, Nov. 18
• A 29 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 12:31 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
• A 41 year-old man of Old Foxon Road was arrested at 3:15 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree.
• A 32 year-old man of Coe Avenue was arrested at 9 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order.
Thursday, Nov. 19
• A 20 year-old Cheshire man was arrested at 2:40 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, sale of a controlled substance, and traveling unreasonably fast.
• A 32 year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 7:17 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 42 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 8:23 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
• A 34 year-old man of Coe Avenue was arrested at 11:55 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree.
Friday, Nov. 20
• A 19 year-old man of Coe Avenue was arrested at 11:04 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis following a motor vehicle stop on Frontage Road at Peat Meadow Road.

No arrests were made.
Sunday, Nov. 22
• A 24 year-old man of Brainerd Road was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Monday, Nov. 23
• A 32 year-old man of Coe Avenue was arrested at 3:23 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and violation of a protective order. While in custody he was charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant. He was processed on a combined $35,000 surety bond.
Tuesday, Nov. 24
• A 24 year-old man of Holland Road was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the second degree, and conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree.
Wednesday, Nov. 25
• A 22 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
• A 27 year-old woman of Cecelia Drive was arrested at 2:53 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. She was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.
Thursday, Nov. 26
• A 38 year-old Milford man was arrested at 10:13 a.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis or a narcotic, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and improper use of marker plate.
Friday, Nov. 27
• A 37 year-old woman of Atlantic Court was arrested at 12:26 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 30 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 1:45 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis and possession of a narcotic.
Saturday, Nov. 28
• An 18 year-old man of Hughes Street was arrested at 2:03 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and two counts of breach of peace in the second degree.
Sunday, Nov. 29 to Monday, Nov. 30
No arrests were made.
Tuesday, Dec. 1
• A 26 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 10:39 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
