Police Incident Report for Oct. 21 to Nov. 15
The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, Oct. 21
• A 43 year-old woman of Glenmoor Drive was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.
Thursday, Oct. 22 to Friday, Oct. 23
No arrests were made.
Saturday, Oct. 24
• A 38 year-old New London man was arrested at 9:40 p.m. and charged with two counts of violation of a protective order.
Sunday, Oct. 25
• A 25 year-old man of Old Bradley Street was arrested at 2:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.
• A 25 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 4:16 p.m. and charged with two counts of violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.
Monday, Oct. 26
• A 37 year-old man of Leigh Drive was arrested at 11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 27 year-old Southington man was arrested at 11:23 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, and assault in the second degree. He was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.
Tuesday, Oct. 27
• A 45 year-old Branford man was arrested at 12:50 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and interfering with an emergency call.
Wednesday, Oct. 28
• A 39 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:40 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
• A 22 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 11:45 a.m. and charged with sale of a narcotic, possession of narcotics, theft of license plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, improper use of marker plates, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was processed on a $5,000 bond. In the same incident a 28 year-old Branford woman was arrested at 11:55 a.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis.

No arrests were made.
Friday, Oct. 30
• A 25 year-old man of North High Street was arrested at 3:45 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.
• A 26 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, and larceny in the sixth degree.
Saturday, Oct. 31 to Monday, Nov. 2
No arrests were made.
Tuesday, Nov. 3
• A 31 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and three counts of violation of a protective order.
Wednesday, Nov. 4
• A 27 year-old woman of Thompson Street was arrested at 10:58 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, theft of plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, improper use of marker plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and three counts of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
• A 36 year-old woman of Green Garden Court was arrested at 5:35 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, violation of conditions of released in the second degree, and three counts of failure to appear in the second degree.
Thursday, Nov. 5
• A 22 year-old homeless man was arrested at 1:55 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and theft of a credit card.
Friday, Nov. 6
• A 31 year-old man of Grove Street was arrested at 9:40 a.m. and charged with three counts of a protective order.
• A 25 year-old man of Henry Street was arrested at 3:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Saturday, Nov. 7
• A 47 year-old woman of Van Horn Drive was arrested at 3:03 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, possession of narcotics, and possession with intent to sell or dispense narcotics.
Sunday, Nov. 8
No arrests were made.
Monday, Nov. 9
• A 42 year-old Plainville man was arrested at 7:54 a.m. and charged with two counts of violation of probation.
• A 24 year-old homeless woman was arrested at 6:50 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, violation of a protective order, and disobeying the signal of an officer.
• A 46 year-old man of Laurel Street was arrested at 7:31 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
