Friday, Jan. 17
• A 53 year-old man of Edward Street was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 40 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:42 a.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree. He was processed on a $15,000 surety bond.
Saturday, Jan. 18
• A 57 year-old man of Old Foxon Road was arrested at 3:26 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $2,500 bond.
• A 42 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:27 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operating of a motor vehicle (fleeing from an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury) and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
Sunday, Jan. 19
• A 22 year-old woman of Green Garden Court was arrested at 5:34 p.m. and charged with harassment of second degree and violation of a protective order. While in custody she was charged with three counts of failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant. She was process on a combined $3,500 bond amount.
• As reported at Zip06.com, a 52 year-old man of Hilton Avenue was arrested at 8:02 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the first degree under the Domestic Violence Act. The sister of the victim in the case advised police dispatch that her sister called her to report that she had been stabbed by her husband. When police arrived at the scene the accused immediately stated, “I stabbed my wife [three] times.” He then placed his hands behind his back and was taken into custody without incident. The victim, who suffered multiple stab wounds to her abdomen and back, was stabilized at the scene by the East Haven Fire Department and was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital for evaluation and treatment of serious injuries. She was expected to survive. The accused was processed on a $150,000 surety bond.

Tuesday, Jan. 21
• A 21 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:30 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree, larceny in the fourth degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree. He was processed on a $2,500 bond.
• A 26 year-old man of Woodland Avenue was arrested at 2:26 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

Thursday, Jan. 23
• A 22 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:31 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree, larceny in the fourth degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree.
• A 31 year-old man of Pine Street was arrested at 5:40 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, disorderly conduct, and two counts of violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.
• A 56 year-old man of Messina Drive was arrested at 8:46 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on the 300 block of Hemingway Avenue.
Friday, Jan. 24
• A 28 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 3:12 a.m. and charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, reckless driving, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. She was processed on a $50,000 surety bond.
• A 22 year-old woman of Messina Drive was arrested at 4:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Saturday, Jan. 25
• A 25 year-old woman of Hellstrom Road was arrested at 9:19 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury) and improper passing.
• A 59 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 4:10 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis following a motor vehicle stop on Gerrish Avenue.
• A 39 year-old man of Gerrish Avenue was arrested at 8 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.
Sunday, Jan. 26
• A 57 year-old woman of Harrington Avenue was arrested at 7:13 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.
• A 32 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:56 p.m. and charged with two counts of violation of probation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis, and failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant. He was processed on a combined $16,500 surety bond.
Monday, Jan. 27
• A 65 year-old man of Thompson Street was arrested at 1:50 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 39 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:29 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on the 300 block of Hemingway Avenue.
• A 58 year-old Durham man was arrested at 10:08 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than one-half ounce of cannabis, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was property damage or bodily injury), and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.

• A 54 year-old man of Rabbit Rock Court was arrested at 11:29 a.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree and violation of a protective order. He was processed on a $20,000 surety bond.
• A 36 year-old North Branford man was arrested at 5:23 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, assault in the second degree with a motor vehicle, and passing in a no-passing zone.
Wednesday, Jan. 29
• A 24 year-old man of Harwich Street was arrested at 5:05 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 28 year-old woman and a 25 year-old man of the same Thompson Avenue residence were arrested at 5:43 p.m. Each party was charged with breach of peace in the second degree under the Domestic Violence Act.
• A 31 year-old man of Henry Street was arrested at 8:36 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and possession of a controlled substance or greater than one-half ounce of cannabis
Thursday, Jan. 30
• A 53 year-old man of Edward Street was arrested at 11:30 a.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree, robbery in the second degree, violation of probation, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. He was processed on a combined $175,000 surety bond.
• A 21 year-old Branford woman was arrested at 10:34 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and violation of a protective order.
Friday, Jan. 31
• A 54 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 7:15 a.m. and charged with violation of probation. He was processed on a $15,000 surety bond.
• A 45 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a $75,000 surety bond.
• A 26 year-old New Britain man was arrested at 12:05 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.
• A 44 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:25 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 45 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:25 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. While he custody he was also charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant. He was processed on a combined $71,000 bond amount.
• A 42 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 7:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, criminal attempt to commit larceny, possession of greater than one-half ounce of cannabis, and possession of a narcotic.
• A 30 year-old woman of Burban Drive was arrested at 10:27 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
