• A 42 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 9:47 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Apple Way at 2:09 a.m.

• Neighbor trouble was investigated on the 900 block of Boston Post Road at 8:31 a.m.

• A motor vehicle crash on private property was investigated at 64 Wall Street at 4 p.m.

• A 60 year-old man of Madison Avenue was arrested at 3:37 p.m. and charged with breach of peace, assault in the third degree, and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 22 Pardee Place at 12:25 p.m.

• A theft from a residence was investigated at 1647 Durham Road at 12:58 p.m.

• A motor vehicle crash on private property was investigated at 613 Boston Post Road at 4:10 p.m.
