Wednesday, Feb. 15
• A 35 year-old man of Sackett Point Road was arrested at 5 a.m. and charged with possession of narcotics and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).
• A 52 year-old man of Philip Place was arrested at 6 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 33 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:16 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to obey a control signal.
Thursday, Feb. 16
• A 37 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 9:40 a.m. and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree, criminal attempt to commit larceny in the sixth degree, and criminal attempt to commit robbery in the third degree.
• A 35 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:36 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, improper use of marker plate, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
• A 29 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:02 p.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper marker plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 27 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:27 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misuse of plate.
• A 72 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:49 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
Friday, Feb. 17
No arrests were made.
• A 22 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:42 a.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, operating a motor vehicle without carrying a driver’s license, and speeding.
• A 32 year-old man of Bishop Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3 p.m. for misuse of plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 31 year-old Meriden woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:54 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, and improper license classification.
• A 51 year-old Wallingford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:13 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Sunday, Feb. 19
• A 27 year-old woman of State Street was arrested at 8 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 34 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:47 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misuse of plate.
