Clinton
Monday, March 14
• A 22 year-old man of Airline Road was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct.
• Harassment was investigated on East Main Street at 6:16 p.m.
• Harassment was investigated on Elwood Way at 11:50 p.m.
Tuesday, March 15
• An 18 year-old woman of Nod Road was arrested at 7:35 a.m. and charged with filing a false incident report in second degree following a domestic dispute on East Main Street.
• A 16 year-old was arrested at 10:53 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 47 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:09 p.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the fifth degree.
• A 28 year-old man of Marine Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:29 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to have tail lamps or illuminated marker lights.
• Criminal mischief was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 9:11 a.m.
Wednesday, March 16
No arrests were made.
• A noise complaint was investigated on Valley Road at 5:41 p.m.
Thursday, March 17
• A 16 year-old was arrested at 8:09 a.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance on Sassafras Lane at Cow Hill Road.
Friday, March 18
• A 21 year-old man of Glenwood Road was arrested at 12:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and having the improper number of headlights following a motor vehicle stop on Killingworth Turnpike.
• Harassment was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 11:46 a.m.

• A complaint about animals was investigated on James Vincent Drive at 2:15 p.m.
• Harassment was investigated on Iroquois Drive at 6:54 p.m.
Monday, March 21
• A 21 year-old man of West Main Street was arrested at 8:13 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, possession of a controlled substance, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Grove Street.
• A noise complaint was investigated on Commerce Street at 1:16 p.m.

Westbrook
Monday, March 14
• A 42 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:28 a.m. and charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and criminal possession of a pistol or revolver. The gun was found on his person after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.
Tuesday, March 15
No arrests were made.
• A 51 year-old woman of Striper Avenue was issued a citation at 4:13 p.m. for failure to drive right after she crossed the solid yellow line while traveling southbound on Seaside Avenue, crossed the northbound lane, and struck a white fence and SNET pole #231. She had a 6 year-old girl onboard who suffered possible injuries in the crash and was transported by Westbrook EMS personnel to the Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Clinic in Westbrook for observation and treatment.
Wednesday, March 16
No arrests were made.
• A 24 year-old woman of Meadow Lark Lane was issued a citation at 3:51 p.m. for failure to grant right of way to oncoming traffic. She was operating a 2002 Mercury Sable when struck by a 2007 Ford Focus operated by a 19 year-old woman of Fawn Hill Road.
Thursday, March 17
• A 19 year-old woman of Linden Avenue was arrested at 2:34 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer (via simple assault), assaulting a public safety officer, disorderly conduct, and threatening. She was processed on a $5,000 surety bond. The alleged victim of the assault was an 18 year-old man. The incident took place on Pepperidge Avenue.
Friday, March 18
• A 33 year-old man of Fawn Hill Road was arrested at 8:21 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on at $3,000 surety bond.

• A 19 year-old Clinton man was issued a written warning at 10:19 p.m. for failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway after he lost control of the 2002 Volkswagen S60 he was operating when he swerved to avoid a deer that was about to cross into the roadway.
Monday, March 21
No arrests were made.
• A 73 year-old Madison man was issued a citation at 5:26 p.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart after the 2005 GMC Sierra he was operating struck the rear of a 2006 Subaru operated by a 59 year-old Madison woman.
Tuesday, March 22
• A 29 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 9:19 a.m. and charged with violation of probation/conditional discharge. He was processed on a $35,000 surety bond.
• A 44 year-old man of East Pond Meadow Road was arrested at 8:04 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and threatening.
Old Saybrook
Monday, March 14
• A 44 year-old New London woman was arrested at 4:31 a.m. and charged with forgery in the second degree, forgery of a symbol of value, and larceny in the fourth degree on the strength of a warrant held by the Old Saybrook police department.
• A 28 year-old man of Boston Post Road was arrested at 4:35 a.m. and charged with burglary in the first degree and larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 25 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 2:11 p.m. and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon.
• A 46 year-old man of Boston Post Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:15 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating a motor vehicle while using a hand-held cell phone following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at Elm Street.
Tuesday, March 15

• A 55 year-old man of Pepperidge Trail was issued a citation at 7:53 a.m. for creating an animal nuisance on Pepperidge Trail.
Wednesday, March 16
• A 45 year-old man of Folkstone Court was arrested at 1:52 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and unlawful restraint in the second degree. He was processed and held on a $5,000 surety bond pending court presentation on March 17.
Thursday, March 17
• A 65 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 6:48 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and using a hand-held cell phone while driving following a motor vehicle stop on College Street at Bridge Street.
• A 41 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 9:11 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1
Friday, March 18
• A 57 year-old Westbrook woman was arrested at 10:16 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 51 year-old Waterford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:18 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Spencer Plain Road near the I-95 overpass.
• A 40 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 11:49 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.
Saturday, March 19
• A 55 year-old Branford man was arrested at 1:32 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of narcotics and use or possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Spencer Plains Road.
• A 47 year-old Lyme woman was arrested at 2:01 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
• A 29 year-old Ivoryton man was arrested at 9:08 p.m. and charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics, carrying a dangerous weapon, and four counts of having weapons in a motor vehicle.
Sunday, March 20
• A 52 year-old man of Boston Post Road was arrested at 12:34 a.m. and charged with violation of probation on an outstanding warrant.
Monday, March 21
• A 53 year-old woman of Boston Post Road was arrested at 12:32 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, threatening in the second degree under the domestic violence act. Earlier, at 11:30 a.m., this same person was issued citation for creating a public disturbance.
Tuesday, March 22
No arrests were made.
• From March 9 to 22 Old Saybrook police issued eight citations to motorists for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, four citations for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, two citations for traveling unreasonably fast, and one citation for making an improper left turn.
