• A 40 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 12:23 a.m. for interfering with an officer and breach of peace in the second degree.
Monday, Aug. 24
No arrests were made.
Tuesday, Aug. 25
• A 20 year-old man of Bay Shore, New York was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer and failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop.
• A 43 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 7:40 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.
From August 19 to 25 North Haven police also issued four citations to motorists for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, two counts of operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license, two citations for failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat, and two citations for failure to obey a control signal. One citation was issued for each of the following: making an unsafe movement from a stopped or standing position, failure to obey a stop sign, traveling unreasonably fast, using a hand-held cell phone while driving, failure to obey state traffic commission signs or markings, failure to renew operator's license, and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.
