• A 25 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 1:53 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to have insurance following a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street.

• A 74 year-old man of Liberty Street was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• An untimely death was investigated on Hemlock Hill Road at 2:58 p.m.

• A larceny was investigated on Knollwood Drive at 4:32 p.m.
