• A civil investigation was made on Church Street at 7:21 p.m. A complainant was worried about his mother's boyfriend's disciplining of his four year old daughter.
Tuesday, June 9
• A 21 year-old Branford woman was arrested at 5:02 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the first degree, larceny in the sixth degree, and harassment in the second degree.
• A theft was investigated at 1919 Boston Post Road at 7:43 p.m. Copper was taken during the overnight hours.
• An animal nuisance was investigated at 63 Laurel Cliffs Road at 1:51 p.m. A small dog was trying to enter the home.
• A fraud complaint involving Sprint and Anthem was investigated at 2821 Long Hill Road at 3:13 p.m.
Wednesday, June 10
• A 37 year-old man of Boston Post Road was arrested at 6:51 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A shoplifting incident was investigated at 900 Boston Post Road, at 9 p.m.
During the week of June 4 to 10 Guilford Police received 186 calls for service. Police made two arrests, investigated 19 motor vehicle accidents, and issued 15 citations, 28 written warnings, four verbal warnings, and one parking tag. Police also responded to 16 false burglar alarms. A total of 281 incidents were handled by police.
