North Haven Police Incident Report for May 2 to 5
Saturday, May 2
• A 35 year-old Naugatuck woman was arrested at 9:09 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. While in custody she was additionally charged with conspiracy to commit an unspecified crime.
• A 50 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:09 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension
Sunday, May 3
No arrests were made.
Monday, May 4
• A 50 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree.
Tuesday, May 5
No arrests were made.
From April 29 to May 5 North Haven police also issued two citations to motorists for traveling unreasonably fast, and two citations for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. One citation was issued for each of the following: using a hand-held cell phone while driving, failure to drive right, failure to grant right of way, and operating an all terrain vehicle without a permit.
