• A 54 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 4:45 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 31 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:37 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to have insurance, operating a unregistered motor vehicle, and traveling too fast for conditions following a motor vehicle stop on Plum Bank Road.
• A 49 year-old Milford woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:34 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast following a motor vehicle stop on Old Boston Post Road at Trask Road.

• A 79 year-old man of Reservoir Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:05 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) following a motor vehicle crash of Elm Street.

• An 18 year-old man of Church Street was arrested at 7:46 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the domestic violence act.
• A 58 year-old man of Boston Post Road was arrested at 10:58 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road.
• A 71 year-old man of Pepperidge Trail was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:18 for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) following a motor vehicle crash of Boston Post Road.
