A 33 year-old man of Middlesex Avenue was arrested at 2:40 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and disorderly conduct following the report of a disturbance. The complainant stated that the accused had been yelling at her and that he was banging on the front door of her residence. The accused was processed and released on a $500 bond and issued a Nov. 24 court date.
