Branford Police Incident Report for June 11 to 14
The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Thursday, June 12
• An 18 year-old homeless man was arrested at 11:24 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.
• A 30 year-old woman of a Florence Road apartment was arrested at 10:33 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 52 year-old man of Limewood Avenue was arrested at 11 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, breach of peace, threatening, and reckless endangerment in the second degree.
Friday, June 13
No arrests were made.
• A 46 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:08 p.m. for misuse of registration or license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. (This same man was arrested again on June 16 on different charges.)
Saturday, June 14
• A 59 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 4:50 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 64 year-old man of Todds Hill Road was arrested at 10:19 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
