Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for Dec. 4 to 6
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, Dec. 4
• A 45 year-old man of Connally Drive was arrested at 9:12 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
Thursday, Dec. 5
• A 23 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 2:47 p.m. on warrants charging him with four counts of burglary in the third degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the second degree, two counts of larceny in the sixth degree, one counts of criminal mischief in the third degree, and one counts of larceny in the fifth degree.
• A 27 year-old Clinton man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:01 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and having an improper number of headlights following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at the railroad bridge.
• An 18 year-old Old Lyme woman and an 18 year-old Niantic woman were each issued a citation at 7:17 p.m. for illegal possession of marijuana following an investigation into suspicious behavior at Founders Park.
Friday, Dec. 6
• A 14 year-old was arrested at 8:28 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the second degree and criminal mischief in the second degree.
• A 31 year-old man of Rocky Ledge Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:11 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Main Street.
