North Haven Police Incident Report for Dec. 7 and 8
The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Saturday, Dec. 7
• A 38 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons.
• A 21 year-old woman of Hartford Turnpike was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 36 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to obey a control signal.
Sunday, Dec. 8
• A 41 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 12 noon and charged with larceny in the second degree, credit card theft, and illegal use of credit card.
• A 33 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 4:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
