Madison Police Incident Report for Dec. 9 and 10

Monday, Dec. 9
• A 22 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 8:15 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, criminal simulation, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A stray animal was found on Joshua Trail near Durham Road at place in the animal shelter at 8:20 a.m.
• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated in front of 211 Summer Hill Road at 8:37 a.m.
• A motor vehicle accident involving an animal was investigated on Duck Hole Road at Campus Drive at 8:54 a.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 10
• A 43 year-old Old Saybrook man was arrested at 11 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree following a motor vehicle stop. She was also issued a misdemeanor summons for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.
• Harassment was investigated on Woodland Road at 3:34 a.m.
• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Old Toll Road at Race Hill Road at 10:58 a.m.
• A theft was investigated at 1017 Boston Post Road at 12:05 p.m.
