Branford Police Incident Report for Dec. 8 to 10

Sunday, Dec. 8

• A 43 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Monday, Dec. 9

• No arrests were made.

• A 31 year-old man of a West Main Street apartment was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:36 p.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and illegally parking in a handicap space.

• A 19 year-old was issued a citation at 6:30 p.m. for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Tuesday, Dec. 10

• A 32 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 10:15 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 43 year-old Westbrook e man was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 50 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:52 a.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 52 year-old was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:48 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to obey a control signal.
