Westbrook Police Incident Report for Nov. 20 to 22
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, Nov. 20
• A 44 year-old woman of Old Salt Works Road was arrested at 11:51 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree following a domestic dispute.
Thursday, Nov. 21
• No arrests were made.
Friday, Nov. 22
• A 24 year-old man of Wickham Court was arrested at 12:03 p.m. and charged with three counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $2,250.00 bond amount.
• A 25 year-old woman of Providence, Rhode Island was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to pay or plead a citation.
• A 54 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 7:38 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and failure to slow speed or pull over for an active emergency vehicle.
