The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Wednesday, Nov. 20

• A 44 year-old woman of Old Salt Works Road was arrested at 11:51 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree following a domestic dispute.

Thursday, Nov. 21

• No arrests were made.

Friday, Nov. 22

• A 24 year-old man of Wickham Court was arrested at 12:03 p.m. and charged with three counts of failure to appear in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $2,250.00 bond amount.

• A 25 year-old woman of Providence, Rhode Island was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to pay or plead a citation.

• A 54 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 7:38 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and failure to slow speed or pull over for an active emergency vehicle.
