East Haven Police Incident Report for Nov. 23 to 26

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Saturday, Nov. 23

• A 50 year-old man of Sibley Lane was arrested at 6:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on South End Road at Silver Sands Road. He was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.

Sunday, Nov. 24

• A 30 year-old woman of Main Street was arrested at 12:12 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the second degree. She was processed on a $50,000 bond amount.

Monday, Nov. 25

• A 43 year-old man and a 29 year-old woman of the same Raymond Court residence were arrested at 4:58 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. Each party was processed on a $500 bond amount.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

• No arrests were made.
