Clinton Police Incident Report for Nov. 22 and 23
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Friday, Nov. 22
• A 36 year-old North Branford man was arrested at 8:59 p.m. and charged with breach of peace following a disturbance on West Main Street.
• A domestic dispute was investigated on Indian Drive at 10:53 a.m.
• A theft was investigated on Stanton Road at 6:09 p.m.
• A larceny was investigated on West Main Street at 9:33 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 23
• A 36 year-old Branford man was arrested at 3:53 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following a theft of West Main Street.
• A 73 year-old man of Long Hill Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:52 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle accident without injuries on Bright Hill Drive.
• A larceny was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 4:13 p.m.
• Criminal mischief was investigated on Knollwood Drive at 5:35 p.m.
