• A 59 year-old man of Montoya Circle was arrested at 4:12 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
Thursday, Oct. 31
• A 49 year-old woman of Bear Path Road was arrested at 4:27 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree.
• A 47 year-old man of Whiting Farm Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:55 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
Friday, Nov. 1
• No arrests were made.
• A 62 year-old man of Sunset Beach Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:14 a.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 27 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:47 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 25 year-old man of Sundance Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:42 pm. for failure to have insurance, misuse of plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 24 year-old Guilford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:40 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to obey a control signal.
Saturday, Nov. 2
• A 19 year-old man of Second Avenue was arrested at 9:18 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree.
• A 19 year-old man of Second Avenue was arrested at 0:54 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 28 year-old man of Frank Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:54 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to obey a control signal.
• A 35 year-old North Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:36 p.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 40 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:18 p.m. for misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
