North Haven Police Incident Report for Nov. 11 and 12
The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Monday, Nov. 11
• No arrests were made.
• A 24 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:34 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to display plate.
• A 41 year-old Hamden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:36 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.
Tuesday, Nov. 12
• No arrests were made.
• From November 6 to 12 North Haven police also issued five citations to motorists for traveling unreasonably fast, four citations for failure to obey state traffic commission road signs or markings, three citations for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, two citations for failure to grant right of way, and two citations for failure to obey a control signal. One citation was issued for each of the following: operating an unregistered motor vehicle, unsafe backing, failure to notify change of address, failure to obey stop sign, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
