Clinton Police Incident Report for Nov. 6 and 7
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Wednesday, Nov. 6
• A 48 year-old man of an East Main Street apartment was arrested at 12:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 23 year-old Madison man was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in fourth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree.
Thursday, Nov. 7
• No arrests were made.
• A 25 year-old man of Shore Road was issued a citation at 11:33 a.m. for causing unnecessary noise, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than ½ ounce of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street.
• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Central Avenue at Hull Street at 8:41 a.m.
• Identity theft was investigated on Nod Hill Road at 5:07 p.m.
• Harassment was investigated on High Street at 8:15 p.m.
