Westbrook Police Incident Report for Oct. 30 to Nov. 1

• A 38 year-old Old Lyme woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:04 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at the railroad bridge.

Friday, Nov. 1

• A 45 year-old Higganum woman was arrested at 2:41 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
