Killingworth Police Incident Report for Oct. 23 to 29

Wednesday, Oct. 23

• No arrests were made.

• A 23 year-old Clinton man was issued a citation at 2:43 p.m. for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart after the 2008 Dodge Charger he was operating southbound on Route 81 struck the rear of a 2014 Subaru Forester operated by a 57 year-old Avon woman. No injuries were reported at the scene as a result of the accident.

• A theft of identity complaint was investigated at 59 Iron Works Road. The alleged victim was a 33 year-old man. The case was still under investigation at press time.

Thursday, Oct. 24 - Friday, Oct. 25

• No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.

Saturday, Oct. 26

• A 48 year-old woman of Route 148 was arrested at 5:25 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to pay or plead a citation.

Sunday, Oct. 27 - Tuesday, Oct. 29

• No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.
