East Haven Police Incident Report for April 24 and 25

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, April 24

• A 21 year-old man of Foxon Road was arrested at 9:51 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 67 year-old man of McKinley Avenue was arrested at 1:20 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed on a $1,500 bond amount.

Thursday, April 25

• A 25 year-old man of Waldo Street was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on warrants charging him with four counts of burglary in the third degree, one count of criminal mischief in the first degree, three counts of criminal mischief in the third degree, three counts of larceny in the sixth degree, and two counts of larceny in the fifth degree. The arrests stem from an investigation into five separate burglaries spanning a two week period. He was processed on a combined $25,000 bond amount.

• A 49 year-old man and a 19 year-old woman of the same Thompson Avenue residence were arrested at 9:05 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
