Westbrook Police Incident Report for March 29 and 30

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Friday, March 29

• No arrests were made.

• A 17 year-old Madison woman was issued a written warning at 9:30 a.m. for failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer. She had an 18 year-old male passenger onboard from Ridgewood, New Jersey. No injuries were reported at the scene.

Saturday, March 30

• A 30 year-old Killingworth man was arrested at 3:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
