Westbrook Police Incident Report for March 29 and 30
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.
Friday, March 29
• No arrests were made.
• A 17 year-old Madison woman was issued a written warning at 9:30 a.m. for failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer. She had an 18 year-old male passenger onboard from Ridgewood, New Jersey. No injuries were reported at the scene.
Saturday, March 30
• A 30 year-old Killingworth man was arrested at 3:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
