The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Sunday, March 17

• A 52 year-old Guilford woman was arrested at 6:14 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at Lynde Street.

• A 17 year-old was issued a citation at 1:20 a.m. for violation of passenger restrictions imposed on a 16 or 17 year-old driver between midnight and 5 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop on Route 154 in front of Auto Mall.

Monday, March 18 - Tuesday, March 19

• No arrests were made.

• From March 13 to 19 Old Saybrook police issued six citations to motorists for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, four citations for traveling unreasonably fast, and one citation for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
