• An 85 year-old man of Ann Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:17 p.m. for failure to have insurance. He was operating a gray 2011 Honda CRV.

• A 23 year-old Meriden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:17 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and having an obstructed view through the windshield. He was operating a green 2011 Honda Civic.
