East Haven Police Incident Report for Sept. 16 to 18

Sunday, Sept. 16

• A 36 year-old man of Foxon Road was arrested at 1:40 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop in front of 699 Main Street.

• A 30 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:49 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.

• A 30 year-old man of a Cedar Street apartment was arrested at 4:48 p.m. at 75 Redwood Drive and charged with disorderly conduct.

Monday, Sept. 17

• No arrests were made.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

• A 35 year-old woman of an Old Foxon Road apartment was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons.

• A 20 year-old woman of a Quinnipiac Avenue apartment was arrested at 3:55 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree.

• A 51 year-old man of Cosey Beach Avenue was arrested at 4:30 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and assault in the third degree.

• An 18 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 6:23 p.m. at 400 Laurel Street and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 46 year-old North Branford woman was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons and failure to pay or plead a citation.
