Saturday, Aug. 18

• A 37 year-old Wolcott man was arrested at 10:21 p.m. and charged with breach of peace. In the same incident a 24 year-old New Haven man was charged with assault in the third degree.

• A 41 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 11:57 a.m. and charge with breach of peace and threatening.

• A 34 year-old man of Peddler Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:37 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 39 year-old woman of Gentile Place was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:34 p.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 23 year-old man of Northford Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:57 p.m. for misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Sunday, Aug. 19

• A 26 year-old Stratford man was arrested at 4:30 a.m. and charged with violation of a protective order and violation of a restraining order.

• A 49 year-old homeless man of Branford woman was arrested at 9:30 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree.

• A 20 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree.

Monday, Aug. 20

• A 46 year-old man of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 11:15 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 33 year-old New Haven woman and a 25 year-old New Haven man were arrested at 1 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 30 year-old woman of Flat Rock Road was arrested at 3:58 p.m. and charge with larceny in the sixth degree.

Tuesday, Aug. 21

• A 42 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 9:45 a.m. and charged with violation of probation and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 25 year-old Milford woman was arrested at 6:41 p.m. and charged with failure to keep a prescription drug in its original container and illegal possession of narcotics.

• A 28 year-old East Haven man was issued a citation at 11:06 p.m. for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than ½ ounce of marijuana.
