• A 24 year-old Middletown man was issued a citation at 3:56 p.m. for traveling too fast for conditions after the 2004 Mazda he was operating skidded on wet pavement and struck a metal beam guard rail. Two 23 year-old men were passengers onboard. No injuries were reported at the scene.
Saturday, July 28
• No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.
Sunday, July 29
• A 71 year-old man of West Main Street was arrested at 4:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. The alleged victim was the man’s 70 year-old wife who resides in Old Saybrook.
Monday, July 30 - Tuesday, July 31
• No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.
