Clinton Police Incident Report for May 9 and 10


The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, May 9

• No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Cow Hill Road at Longate Road at 7:50 a.m.

• A larceny was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 8:16 a.m.

Thursday, May 10

• A 42 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 6:39 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree following a shoplifting incident on East Main Street.

• A 19 year-old Killingworth man was arrested on a warrant at 7:17 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and criminal trespass in the third degree.

• A larceny was investigated on Cow Hill Road at 10:04 a.m.

• A theft was investigated on Cream Pot Road at 4:40 p.m.

• Suspicious activity was investigated no Long Hill Road at 8:30 p.m.
