• A 54 year-old man of Stephens Court was arrested at 12:29 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Killingworth Turnpike near Happy Acres Road.

• An animal bite was investigated on Nod Place at 12:48 p.m.

• A 24 year-old man of an East Main Street apartment was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Identity theft was investigated on Glenwood Road at 10:35 a.m.

• A shoplifting incident was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 5:40 p.m.

• Criminal mischief was investigated on Old Post Road at 6:18 p.m.

• A missing person report was investigated on Beach Park Road at 6:47 p.m.

• A 33 year-old man of Brian Avenue was arrested at 8:58 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief in the second degree.

• A burglary was investigated on Valley Road at 10:45 a.m.

• Criminal mischief was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 2:08 p.m.
